Astrid Garcia (b. 1995, San Diego, California) lives and works in New York City. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors in Spanish and Political Science. Her studio art studies include classes at La Universidad Católica de Chile, The Art Student’s League, and Minerva’s Drawing Studio. Astrid an MFA candidate at the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture. She is generously supported in her studies by the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant.
